培根條 Bacon Straws

材料 Ingredients
油酥皮 Puff pastry1 張 sheet
厚培根 Thick bacon 12 條 strip
迷迭香(切碎) Minced rosemary 1/2 小匙 tsp
黃砂糖 Brown sugar 1/3 杯 cup
番椒粉 Cayenne pepper 1/4 小匙 tsp
水 Water 1 大匙 Tbs

做法
1.烤箱預熱到385°F(195°C)。
2.油酥皮用批薩滾刀就長向切成24條長條。培根每根就長向對切成兩條。
3.將一條油酥皮放在一條培根條上,再捲成麻花狀。重複此步驟用掉剩餘的培根和油酥皮。
4.烤盤鋪上錫箔紙,上放烤架。再將培根條放在烤架上,進烤箱烤30分鐘。
5.烤的當中,將迷迭香,黃砂糖,番椒粉和水在一個小碗裡調勻。
6.烤箱溫度調高到400°F(205°C)。取出烤盤並用刷子將(5)項材料塗在培根條上。回烤箱繼續烤5分鐘。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 385°F(195°C).
2.Use a pizza cutter to cut the puff pastry lengthwise into 24 strips. Cut each strip of bacon lengthwise into 2 strips.
3.Overlay one strip of puff pastry on a strip of bacon and twist. Repeat this step to finish the rest of bacon and puff pastry.
4.Place the twisted strip on a rack over a baking sheet that is lined with foil paper. Bake for 30 minutes.
5.Meanwhile, mix the rosemary, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and water in a small bowl.
6. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F(205°C). Brush the sauce in point (5) all over the bacon strips. Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
